Happy Easter!  This week’s scripture is from Matthew:

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, [just] as He said.”           (Matthew 28:5-6)

He is risen, He is risen, He is risen! Thank God, thank God, thank God Almighty. Jesus Christ is alive forevermore. He sacrificed Himself that we might be reconciled to God our Father, that we might know Him and the mercy of His grace. He is the bread of life, the Holy One, the Son of God; He sealed the new covenant in His blood that we might have the forgiveness of our sins, that we might have salvation and eternal life. Thank you Lord Jesus. How blessed we are to know His love and the beauty of His grace.

May the blessings of the Lord’s sacrifice strengthen you each day.

Happy Easter !

This week’s scripture is from Matthew:

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, [just] as He said.”           (Matthew 28:5-6)

Thank God, thank God, Jesus is risen! He is alive forevermore. He sacrificed Himself for us that we might be reconciled to God our Father, that we might know Him and the mercy of His grace. Jesus willingly went to the cross, was beaten, bled, suffered, died, and rose again in glory that we might have eternal life, life abundant and true with God our Savior and Lord. Praise God the Father, praise Jesus Christ His son, praise the Holy Spirit of God. How blessed we are to know His love and salvation for us. Thank you, Lord.

May the blessings of the Lord’s resurrection continue to bless you as you follow in His footsteps.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter!  This week’s scripture is from Matthew:

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, [just] as He said.”           (Matt. 28:5-6)

Thank God that He is risen. Everything that is and everything that makes us what we are as believers and everything that the Lord has promised us is possible because Jesus died for us on the cross and then rose again, for He alone is our hope and our salvation. Because our savior lives, we can know His love and be saved unto eternal life. O Glorious Lord, praise be to God for giving us His son, the risen Christ.

May the love of God in Christ be yours this day as you thank Him for his great gift.
