This week’s scriptures come from Psalms:

“Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.”
(Psalms 118:29 NKJV)

“Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!”
(Psalms 34:8 NKJV)

God is good; God is good; God is good! Let us never forget the goodness of God. He blesses us and sheds His mercy and grace upon us every day in every circumstance. Let us remember to call on His name, for we can always trust in Him who loves us and gave His Son for us. Let us give thanks to the Lord and throw ourselves upon His mercy and goodness, for He cares for us and means to bless us. How good is God that His mercy and love are never-ending. Praise His holy name.

May the Lord bless you with His mercy and goodness as you call upon His name.

This week’s scripture is from Acts:

“It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth …

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”   (Acts 4:10,12)

Let us proclaim the truth to a dying world: It is in His name and by His name that we live and have our being, in Christ and in Christ alone. For the word of God says that Jesus Christ is Lord and there is no other, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, for at His name every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Amen.

May the Lord give you grace to boldly proclaim His name.

This week’s scripture is from Isaiah:

“‘…with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you,’ says the LORD your Redeemer.”   (Isaiah 54:8b)

Who is like the Lord? His mercies never end. No matter our circumstances, no matter the challenges before us, no matter what we’ve done or what has been done to us, no matter what arises or what falls, the Lord’s kindness to us through Jesus Christ is always there; His compassion made the way for our redemption in Him, and through Him to eternal life. How kind is our Lord, how loving. What a comfort.

May the Lord bless you this day with His kindness and His compassion.

This week’s scripture comes from Deuteronomy:

“You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.”  (Deut. 13:4 NKJV)

The closer we stay to the Lord the better. May we remember each and every day to take time to be alone with the Lord and to spend time in thanksgiving and in prayer. How good it is to come before Him and bow our hearts and minds to Him who loves us. Let us endeavor to listen to His voice and to stay in His word. It is good to revere the Lord and to keep His commandments; it is a blessing for those called into His service. May we be steadfast in seeking Him first so that our service will be pleasing to Him. Let us hold fast to our Lord and to our faith, and let us always be faithful to follow close after the Lord our God.

May the Lord bless you in your walk with Him.

This week’s scripture is from Luke:

“The apostles said to the Lord, ‘Increase our faith!’”    (Luke 17:5)

At times it seems that we do not have enough faith for what we are facing or what is coming against us, but thank the Lord Almighty that He is our strength, He is our provision, and He never abandons us or forsakes us. For He requires only faith as small as a mustard seed, and that we do whatever He has told us to do. When we are faithful in that, He does the rest, for we are but servants of our Lord, and our Master is always faithful to care for us. We place our trust in Him and He is trustworthy. Be in faith.

May the blessings of our Lord, Jesus Christ, be yours each and every day.

This week’s scripture is from John:

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.”   (John 14:1)

How wonderful it is to be able to trust in Jesus, to believe His every word. With the challenges that seem to daily come against us and those the Holy Spirit sends us to minister to, it is so good to be able to trust in God to provide for our every need, physical and spiritual. It can be so easy to become troubled by what we see and what we must face; the difficulties can seem insurmountable, but praise God for He is there at every turn, and Jesus ever sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for the saints. O what a Savior is our Lord. How good it is to trust Him. Praise to the Son of God. How blessed we are!

May the blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ wash away your troubles this very day.

This week’s scripture is from John:

“Jesus stood and cried out, saying, ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”        (John 7:37b-38)

It is good to thirst for the Lord, to desire Him like a dry land desires the rain, to seek after Him with a longing heart, to want to drink-in His righteousness and water your weary soul. Pray that the Lord grant you favor to be thirsty for Him, to seek Him each morning, and in every circumstance, and not to stand against the challenges of life alone, not to try to stand in your own strength, but to go to Him first, to drink deep of His Holy Spirit, to go to the Living Water, for when we are filled, then the Living Water will flow out of us and the Spirit of Truth will bring life and life abundant into every person and every situation.

May the Lord make you thirsty for the living water of His Holy Spirit.

This week’s scripture is from Psalms:

“We wait in hope for the LORD;
he is our help and our shield.
In him our hearts rejoice,
for we trust in his holy name.”
(Psalm 33:20-21)

When life comes hard against us, and our hearts are breaking, and crying out for relief, there is one who is holy and true, in whom we can trust, and his name is Lord of Lords. In Him we have our hope and our being, and our hope is not some wishful longing, but it is the assurance of Jesus Christ that He is our salvation and our shield. He sits at the right hand of the Father ever making intercession for the saints, and His words are true and righteous, life-giving and eternal. In Him we can wait; in Him we can trust, for He will not withhold his blessings from those who belong to Him. Hallelujah! Thank you, Lord Jesus.

May your heart be open to trust in the Lord and wait in hope for his blessings.

This week’s scripture is from Psalms:

“Praise the Lord!

Praise God in His sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty heavens!

Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His surpassing greatness!”
    (Psalm 150:1-2)

How blessed we are to be children of the Most High God. Praise the Lord! How blessed we are to have received His saving grace. Praise God! How blessed we are that His Son, Jesus Christ, died for us, for our salvation. Praise the Lord God Almighty. How blessed we are to have forgiveness of our sins through the blood of Jesus Christ. Praise His Holy name. How blessed we are to have been set free from sin and death. Praise the Lord Most High. How blessed we are that the Son of God sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession. Praise the Lord! How blessed we are for His mercy and grace. Praise Him!

May the praises from your lips rise up to the Throne of Grace as you remember His mighty blessings.

This week’s scripture is from John:

“Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”  (John 6:68)

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the living Word and His word is eternal. When the concerns and troubles of life are upon us sometimes they distract us from where we should be seeking our healing and relief. Yet He has given us His word, for He is the word, and His word brings life. Let us not neglect to spend time in the word, for it is good to be in the word; it is valuable for seeking the answers to our problems and dilemmas; it is full of wisdom, and a light in the darkness. The word is powerful to heal and to bind up, to bear witness and to forgive. The word is truth, and that truth brings life, the truth that leads to eternal life.

May the Lord bless you to be in His word this very day.
