This week’s scripture is from Psalms:

“… we will remember the name of the LORD our God.”     (Psalm 20:7b)

Let us remember the name of the Lord our God; let us call upon His name, for His name is the name above all names. Praise His name for His name is almighty; His name is marvelous; His name is glorious; His name is majestic; His name is holiness; His name is powerful; His name is righteousness; His name is merciful; His name is the truth; His name is peace; His name is loving-kindness; His name is the word; His name is healer; His name is life abundant; His name is savior; His name is LORD. Praise Him.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you this day as you call upon His name.

This week’s scripture is from 1 Kings:

“… for the glory of the Lord filled his temple.”   (1 Kings 8:11b)

In Solomon’s day the glory of the Lord filled the temple, but in our time the Holy Spirit resides within us. If you have come to salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ, then the Holy Spirit lives within you, for the Lord has said that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and the glory of God will shine out of you. Remember who you belong to; remember what He has said and what He has promised. You carry the Holy Spirit of God within you. Overflow with the Spirit and pour out upon others that which He has given to you. Pour out blessing, pour out mercy, pour out healing, pour out the Lord’s grace, pour out His love.

May the glory of the Lord shine forth from you today as a child of the living God.

This week’s scripture is from Psalms:

“For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”    (Psalm 139:13-14)

Who knows you better than you know yourself?  Who knows when you rise and when you rest? Who is the one who knows everything about you from before you were born to your place in eternity? Who holds the number of your days in His hands? The Lord says He knew you and He formed you; He was with you before you entered the world. You are meant to be His; you are meant to belong to Him. Praise the Lord and lift His name. You are a miracle of God; you are a child of the Most High. Stand in the glory of His grace; give thanks and bless His holy name. His hand is upon you; trust in Him.

May the blessings and wonder of the Lord’s grace and goodness light your way.

This week’s scripture is from 2 Peter:

“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature … ”  (2 Peter 1:2-4a) (Italics added)

What promises has God made? What promises has God made to you? All God’s promises are Yea and Amen. It matters not how much time has passed; it matters not what darkness has come; it matters not what has come against you. God never falters; God never fails; God is ever faithful. His promises are true; His timing is perfect. Believe, and take hold of the promises of God.

May the blessings of the Lord be fulfilled for your life by His glory and grace.
